Refund Policy
Every paid plan carries a 7-day money-back guarantee. This page sets out precisely what that covers, what it does not, and how to claim — in plain terms, so there is nothing to discover later.

The 7-day guarantee
If the service does not work for you, request a refund within 7 days of purchase and we will refund your subscription in full. You do not need to justify the request beyond telling us what went wrong, and we will always try to fix the problem first if you are willing.
This applies to every paid plan, at every subscription length and connection count.
Please try support first — genuinely
This is a request rather than a condition. A large share of "it does not work" reports trace to something fixable in minutes: an EPG URL entered incorrectly, a timezone offset throwing the guide out by hours, a player set to software decoding, or a Firestick throttling because it is pressed against a hot television.
Message support before requesting a refund and there is a good chance you keep a working service instead of a refund. If we cannot fix it, the guarantee stands and we will not argue about it. Our setup guides cover most of these issues if you would rather solve it yourself.
What is covered
- The service does not work on your device after reasonable troubleshooting.
- Persistent buffering that is not attributable to your own internet connection.
- Channels advertised as included are not available to you.
- Quality is materially below what was described.
- You changed your mind within the 7-day window.
What is not covered
So there are no surprises:
- Requests after 7 days. The window runs from the date of purchase.
- Your internet connection cannot sustain streaming. Roughly 15 Mbps is needed for HD, 30 for 4K and 50+ for 8K, sustained at your normal viewing hour. We recommend the free trial precisely so this is established before you pay.
- Accounts suspended for breaching the terms, such as reselling or sharing credentials outside your household.
- A single channel being unavailable where the wider service works as described. Lineups change as broadcast sources change.
- Fixtures unavailable due to broadcaster blackouts, which are imposed by rights holders rather than by us.
- Free trials, since no payment is taken.
How to claim
Message us on WhatsApp at +44 7832 398072 with:
- The number or email used at purchase.
- The approximate purchase date.
- A brief description of the problem.
Alternatively email [email protected]. We acknowledge within one business day.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned by the original payment method wherever possible. Card and PayPal refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Bank transfers may take longer. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded in the same currency at the value received; note that exchange-rate movement between payment and refund is not something we can compensate for.
Access ends when a refund is issued.
Your statutory rights (UK & EU customers)
We are based in United Kingdom, so UK consumer law applies to this contract. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have a 14-day cancellation right for anything bought at a distance. EU customers have an equivalent right.
One important exception applies to services like ours. Where you ask us to begin supplying the service immediately — which is what happens when we activate your line straight after payment — you may be asked to acknowledge that you lose the automatic cancellation right once supply has begun, or that a proportionate deduction may be made for what you have already used. We will always tell you this before activating rather than after.
In practice our 7-day money-back guarantee is intended to be simpler and quicker to use than the statutory route. Where your statutory rights give you more than this policy does, your statutory rights apply — this policy never reduces them.
This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
