Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and what rights you have over it.
Last updated: 16 August 2026
Who we are
This service is operated by STRONG IPTV, trading as Strong8K IPTV, of United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
For any privacy question or request, contact [email protected].
What we collect
We collect only what is needed to provide and support the service:
- Contact details. Your WhatsApp number, and an email address if you provide one. Activation and support run through WhatsApp, so this is generally the only identifier we hold.
- Subscription details. Which plan you purchased, its start and expiry date, and the number of connections.
- Account credentials. The username and server details issued to you.
- Payment confirmation. Confirmation that payment succeeded, and a reference. Full card numbers are handled by our payment providers and are never received or stored by us.
- Technical data for support. Device type, app used, and any screenshots you send us while we are helping resolve a problem.
We do not build viewing profiles for advertising purposes, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.
Why we collect it
- To create and maintain your account and deliver the service you paid for.
- To provide technical support when you contact us.
- To process payments and handle refund requests.
- To enforce the connection limits attached to your plan.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
Where the law requires a lawful basis, we rely on performance of our contract with you for account and service data, our legitimate interests for support and service security, and legal obligation for accounting records.
Who we share it with
Personal data is shared only with parties needed to operate the service:
- Card payment provider — to process payments you initiate.
- PayPal — to process payments you initiate.
- Bank transfer — to process payments you initiate.
- MoneyGram — to process payments you initiate.
- Cryptocurrency — to process payments you initiate.
- WhatsApp (Meta). Support and activation run through WhatsApp, so your messages are subject to Meta's own privacy terms as well as this policy.
- Infrastructure providers. Servers and hosting used to deliver streams.
We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
We may disclose data where required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and our service.
How long we keep it
Account and subscription data is retained while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so that renewals and support history remain available. Financial records are retained for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law in England and Wales. Support conversations are retained only as long as useful for resolving recurring issues.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Request deletion of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these, contact [email protected]. We respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including restricted access to account systems and encrypted connections to this website. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we do not retain payment card data at all, which removes the most sensitive category from the equation.
Cookies
This website uses only what is necessary for it to function. We do not currently set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated and a consent mechanism added where the law requires one.
Children
This service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers.
